The weather is wavering this Wednesday...

The weather is wavering this Wednesday. We are in that cusp between too hot and shed load of rain! Lots of rain heading our way (according to BoMs current fantasies) closer to the weekend and more of that fog around the Coast tomorrow. At any rate that what BoM sees in their crystal ball today. Mother Natures keeping pretty tight lipped about what will actually happen... The Springbrook Craft Group will meet at 10am at their new location, The Lost Fawn Cafe. All crafters and their crafts are welcome to join in and chat and craft over coffee. No charge, just purchase your own morning tea!
Tonight, the SMCA will have a general meeting, 7.15pm at the hall. Cr Tozer is coming up again so if you have any burning questions about pedestrians, parking or even Cruise Ship Terminals  hes your man. Come along and find out what happening on the mountain, how to join groups, and put faces to those facebook names you know. Come along and get involved.

Got some great activities on the mountain this weekend. Theres a string quartet concert presented by the Springbrook Gastronomic and Arts Socirty on Friday night, 7pm at the hall. More info on  their facebook page.

SWAG has a really good talk about the incredible Lamminton Blue Crayfish that lives up here. If you're new to the mountain, these talks are fantastic and worth checking out. 2pm Saturday.

If you are heading to Bunnings this weekend, make it Sunday and grab a sausage and a drink from the Springbrook Mens Shed Sausage Sizzle to support their tea and biscuit fund raising activities! Theyll sure appreciate it and it's a chance to chat and meet the men if you havent already.

No need for wavering this Wednesday! Theres lots to do today. You've got a plan. Get out in the garden. Do a bit of Guerilla gardening? Have a cuppa or lunch with a friend. As the ads for a shoe say... Just Do It! No wavering. It Wednesday and it's a great day to get on with it.

Have a plan. Make a list. Cross things off. Let's do it!

See you there!
💚Springbrook
