Its looks like its gonna be a toasty Tuesday out there today! Another scorcher of a day predicted by our mates at BoM, just like yesterday. Make sure you drink lots of water and pop on some sunblock. Summer is here!

We have Yoga with Helen this morning, 9am at her studio, 1947 Springbrook Road. Come down and relax before the heat hits later in the day.
The Mens Shed opens at 9am this morning. It's going to be quite toasty in that metal shed of theirs this morning. There is, of course, the possibility of them finding some creative way of air conditioning the place. Maybe they'll redirect Purling Brook Creek today to run through the shed as natural evaporative air con. To find out, pop in and see!
Perisai Diri Silat is on at 6pm at the Hall tonight after the day has cooled off a bit. Term 4 registrations open tonight for any new people interested in joining. Just show up!
It's going to be a real burnt toast toasty sort of a day out there today. Stay cool. Drink lots of water. Pop on lots of sun block and keep an eye on each other.
Pop out some water for our wildlife too. They will really appreciate it.
Remember this heat adds to our fire danger so really watch those cigarette butts and remember there is a total fire ban on the mountain.
Keep an eye on your kids and older people in this heat. Look out for your pets and check on your neighbours in this heat today.
Aren't you glad we dont live down the hill where it's really hot!!
