Could be a bit of a soggy Sunday...

Could be a bit of a soggy Sunday out there peoples! Nice bit o' rain we had yesterday but that looks like it all for the time being. Watch out on the roads today. Things will be a bit slippery and the animals will come to nibble on the nice green grass that springs up after the rain adding another thing to look out for on our narrow windy roads when you're out driving today.

The Sunday Afternoon People will be meeting to make music and have fun this afternoon. If youd like to join in,  call Cath on 0423 414 073 and she will give you the location details. They change nearly every week!

Dont forget theres the Springbrook Mens Shed Sausage sizzle at Bunnings Nerang all day today. Come and grab a sausage if you are in the area at all. They'd love to see you and swap you of a couple of dollars for a perfectly cooked sausage and onions on bread!

Get outside and enjoy a bit of puddle jumping and listen to the frogs croaking away in the wet undergrowth. See how many you can identify while you're out and about. Check out the shaded pools in the creeks and see if you can spot the Lammington blue crayfish. It's the perfect weather to see one!

It's a great day to just enjoy living in Springbrook. Next week is a real corker with so many things to do. Check out the This Week in Springbrook post to check out all the great activities on offer in the next seven days. You'll be worn out just reading it all!

Watch a creek babble. See the waterfalls. Look at some dripping leaves and enjoy the results of the recent rains. Thanks Mother Nature, that rain was just perfect!
See you there! 💚Springbrook
