The Springbrook Community Notices

Anzac Day is TOMORROW! Can't wait to see you all at one of the two services to commemorate all that our services have done for us. Bring some cash and enjoy a gunfire breakfast or a BBQ lunch afterwards!

The Furniture Pod is still here? Let's not look a gift horse in the mouth. If you have good quality furniture that you'd like to donate to Charity this weekend, please call 0413979271 and we will make arrangements to open it up for you!

Keep an eye on your friends and neighbours. If you haven't seen them for a day or two, check in with them and make sure all is well with them!

This is our second of three long weekends. Labour Day next Monday, so another long weekend next weekend!

Thinking of advertising in The next edition of the Hinterlander? Heard there was a bit of space still left if you're quick. Email editor@hinterlander.com.au for all the details!

There's only one road in and out of our hilltop heaven at the moment so take it easy no matter if you're coming or going. Pull over if you have a tail and let them pass and, please, stay on your side of the road at all times!

Dancing Waters Cafe is closed on Monday as the staff are all heavily involved in the behind the scenes of Anzac Day. The Fudge Shop is open with a BBQ lunch and the Springbrook Cafe and Bar is doing 2up games and their normal pub type fare. The coffee shop at Pure Vibrations is also open all long weekend and is looking forward to meeting you all!

Great garden club meeting and turn out despite the constant drizzle. Always interesting to see what other people grow and how they set up their gardens.

The Emporium is looking a bit dismal at the moment. Please, no clothes. People are leaving them on the floor and in this weather, it's just getting wet and mouldy and having to be binned. Please donate it to charity down the hill.

Stay safe. Get involved.
