The Before school yoga for students starts up again today at the school! 8.15am to 8.45am. Dont be late says Miss Sue or you'll only be able to watch through the window!
The Men's Shed opens at 9am today with morning tea around the secret Table of Knowledge. Todays task is to rope in a few members of the community to help out at this weekends Bunnings sausage sizzle. If you have 4 hours this Sunday afternoon to support the mountains men, let one of the members know. Free sausage, fame and glory will be yours!
Yoga with Helen this morning at about, 9.15am at her studio, 1947 Springbrook Rd after shes finished with the kids class. Thursdays class is a bit more energetic as she arrives back pumped!! Now school back, Perisai Diri Silat classes are back in full swing at 6pm at the Hall tonight. Great all weather sport to get involved in!
Thinking of being thoughtful, thoughts of the weekend could include attending a string quartet recital, turning up to a talk on the Lammington Blue Crayfish or buying or cooking a sausage at a Bunnings sausage sizzle on Sunday... Thursdays are great days for thinking. Be thoughtful. Be considerate. Be a good friend & community member
