Its always good to support local suppliers when you can. Here are some of the most obvious ones.As you make connections, lots of other opportunities to obtain local foods and produce will open up to you!

Lalita’s locally made Kim Chi and Sauerkraut Available at the Fudge Shop. Cash or card.
Honey: Local cafes have local honey. If you require it in bulk, ask the cafes who supplies them and talk direct to the apiarist.

Avocados: Pine Creek Stall by the painted fire tanks - in season
