Today is Friday and it's the fourth! (Still going with the theme of the type of day starting with the same letter as the day, but really starting to falter. There's only so many adjectives starting with M, T, W F and S in the English language. But we remain fearless and move forward)
BoM has changed their minds and after teasing us with 30° plus weather for the long weekend, have now started predicting showers on and off in the next few days... Welcome to a Springbrook Spring where it rains when the sun doesn't shine!
Rain or shine, theres Yoga today with Danielle at the Numinbah Valley at Solitude Retreat, 3376 Nerang-Murwillumbah Rd, just past the Park entrance on the right at 9.30am. Go down and check it out.
The Seed Bankers are having a seed packing day at Gina's from 10am to 2pm. Just pop in and help for as long or as little as you can. For more info, call Gina at the Self Help Retreat.
If alcohol is making your life a bit hard for you, then pop in to the AA meeting at the hall at 4.30pm this afternoon. This is a great, not so small, meeting that runs off the Big Book and has lots of guests come up from the Coast. Well worth the trip.
