Do you find Thursdays therapeutic?

Do you find Thursdays, therapeutic? Almost the weekend, but still time to do things before you finish work for the week. Thursdays are great days to chill out and find a spot to relax in, even if it's just for a few minutes and it's in the Christmas shopping queue at Woolies!

A few more of those super hot days ahead. BoM is predicting 30° to 35° over the next few days so get out those wildlife water bowls again and fill 'em up. If you want to leave food out for our local animals, check with SWAG (Springbrook Wildlife Appreciation Society) so you're not adding to the wildlife woes by feeding unhelpful foods that can make this tough time even worse for our fauna.

A therapeutic way to get through Thursday for our busy parents is to order School Tuck Shop from Anastasia today for Friday lunch. $5

Before school yoga is very therapeutic for students at the school. 8.15am to 8.45am this morning, dont be late!

The Men's Shed is very therapeutic and highly recommended by girlfriends and wives all over the mountain! Opens at 9am and welcomes all men in need of a place to be this morning!

No Yoga with Helen today. Her studio has been turned into a zoo by visiting grandchildren!

Perisai Diri Silat is mentally and physically therapeutic and is on at 6pm at the Hall tonight. Just drop in if you're curious.

Fire Bridage meeting tonight, 7pm at the Fire Shed for members and those interested in joining this great community service!

Do something therapeutic today. Maybe that is to relax in your hospital bed. Maybe that is a walk along where a creek used to be. Maybe its the day to decide to join the fire brigade. Maybe it's to plan your weekend and how you will juggle the SWAG talk, the garden club, the Ladies Lunch and a coffee at a cafe on Saturday.

Spend time today doing something that make you happy and feels good. That's what therapeutic Thursdays are all about!

See you there!
💚Springbrook
