For those not going to the museum today, we have Yoga at 9am with Helen at her studio at 1947 Springbrook Road. Come even if you haven't done it before and give it a go. Lots of fun!
The Mens Shed will open at 10am for thought provoking activities for the men of the mountain. If you're down in Numinbah and have windered about what they do. Come and have a look. They'd love to show you around!
Perasai Diri Silat is on at 6pm tonight at the hall. A good way to keep fit and warm on these chilly night!
Tomorrow we have our great AA meeting, 4.30pm at the hall and then a rest over the weekend from activities, unless youve been invited to a double trouble birthday party on Sunday!
