Thinking it might be a Thunderous Thursday?

Thinking it might be a Thunderous Thursday? A lot of us are! BoM is not promising more than a 5% chance of any rain but that won't stop us from dancing, leaving our car windows down and the kids bikes outside to tempt the Rain Gods today!
Rain, hopefully rain, or shine, we have a busy day ahead of us today here in Paradise.

Get your School Tuck Shop orders to Anastasia today for the last day of term Friday lunch delivery. $5. Nice way to end the school term!
There's the fun before school starts yoga for students at the school this morning. 8.15am to 8.45am Don't be late!
Its National Reading Hour Day today. Read a book, a novel, a bush fire guide to survival for an hour sometime today!
Our Men's Shed opens at 9am for blokes to hang out with other blokes doing blokey things and talking bloke stuff. If you're a bloke, you're most welcome!
There's Yoga with Helen, 9.15am at her studio, 1947 Springbrook Rd this morning. She'll be full of energy after the kids class so be prepared to work!
Perisai Diri Silat is on at 6pm at the Hall tonight. Always a good workout!
Interested in joining the Fire Brigade? There is Fire Brigade Training tonight, 7pm at the Fire Shed. Turn up and have a chat if you're thinking of being ready to fight the next fire!! Interested in bees? The Pollinators Movie at HOTA tonight. It's a Demand Cinema showing 6.30pm. $24ea. It's a facinating documentary about what's happening in the bee world at the moment.
Whew, busy day. Lots there to think about.
Tomorrow is our Ladies Lunch, 11.30am at Dancing Waters Cafe. There's the Fire Brigade Fish n Chips Appreciation Night at Numinbah Hall on Saturday evening starting at 5.30pm, and then on Sunday, our first Community Holistic Health Check, 9am to 12pm at our hall. Gold Coin donation entry.
We have a busy little community. Make sure you make the effort to get out there and enjoy all these interesting things that locals organise for locals.
Get out there. Do something. Be part of the community. Connecting with people is the key to living in a small community!

See you there!
