Thursdays are for thinking...

Thursdays are for thinking about the weekend! What will you do? Who will you see? Will you have to leave our hill top heaven at all? BoM says we will have some rain next week but they're not good at predicting Springbrooks weather as we know...

We welcome Mr A, our fill in principal at Springbrook School today! Welcome to our patch of Paradise sir! Make sure you check out our walks and waterfalls as well as how clever and well mannered our students are!

Theres the new student yoga class at the school today 8.15am to 8.45am. Since the Book Week favorite book character parade is on as well, it will make for a very interesting yoga class with everyone dressed up. Who will you be today Miss Helen?

Normal Yoga with no dressing up (but please wear something) with Helen, 9ish am at her studio, 1947 Springbrook Road after shes recovered from book werk yoga at the school!

Our favorite secret organisation, the Mens Shed, will be open from 9am this morning. Pop in, see what they do, find out all their secrets and become part of the the Springbrook Mens Shed, if you dare!

Need a work out? Then pop into the hall at 6pm tonight for Perisai Diri Silat. Simon will make sure you get a decent workout with his class tonight!

Dont forget that its Road Safety werkend up here with extra copper on our roads with speed traps and ticket books. Dont give them a reason to stop you!

Have you got your Triva Night table organised?? We have about eight people with PhDs on the mountain so there's almost enough for one for each table. Pre book and pay for your table at Dancing Waters Cafe as soon as you can. Going to be competitive and cut throat. Cash bar. No kids. What a might!! 7pm, Sept 7th at the Hall!

Think about the weekend, but live in the today! Slow down and find a hidden spot in our hill top heaven and enjoy some solitude if you can.

Be happy, be kind and have courage, the weekend is not too far away!

See you there!
💚Springbrook
