The Springbrook Community Notices


The Springbrook Mountain Markets are on TODAY, the last Sunday of the month, 10am to 2pm at the Fudge Shop! Food truck, coffee, music, stalls. Great day out without leaving the mountain!

Mountain Hardware and Hire now open in Forestry Rd next to the shop. Drop in and see what's on offer and make suggestions about what you'd like to see there!

Looking for fresh local organic greens, delivered weekly? Then give Sophie a call on 0438468886 and make arrangements.  Only $6, DELIVERED on Wednesdays to your gate!

NEW!! A Social Painting Group now meets TUESDAY nights, 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the hall. Byo Painting equipment,  a plate to share and a gold coin for hall hire. Enquires to Dominique via Kyra or Nathan or just turn up!

Looking for some reading material? Our Springbrook Community Library is open every second TUESDAY (yes, this week) afternoon 3.30pm to 4.30pm during Skate Park Day. Drop off your donations, pick up a new book and catch up over a free coffee!

The Springbrook Darts Club meets on Wednesday nights at the Springbrook Cafe and Bar on Forestry Rd from 6pm. All welcome.

Springbrook Weedbusters learn more about the environment and pull weeds on the third Sunday of the month. 9am to 11am at the Settlement. Just turn up!

Winter is a good time to take up Tennis! The Springbrook Tennis Club meets on Sundays at 9 a.m. at the courts behind the hall. Just turn up!

Emma is tossing around ideas for a fitness class or boot camp-y type thing. If you'd be interested, let her know!

Road works still at Heartbreak for the coming weeks. Prepare for a 10 minute stop each time you come and go from the mountain...See our previous post for more info.

Fire wood is available from the Echo Valley Farm Stall on Lyrebird Ridge Road along with jams, produces, sauces and kindling!

The Homework Club has started up again at the school. Make sure you fill in the forms and return them if you want to join in all the fun after school!
