SMCA meeting, second Wednesday of the month,  7.15pm at the hall. All residents welcome. See you there!

The Ladies Lunch is on 2nd Friday of the month 12pm at Dancing Waters Cafe! All ladies welcome!

Springbrook school uniforms are ONLY available on the Flexischools  app now. Get onto it and order what you need and it will be put in your child's school bag the same day!

The exercise group is still going strong on Mon, Wed and Fri from 7am to 7.30am at 12 K st. Call 0413 979 271 for more info!

Springbrook Shanghai's Darts Club meet at the hall on Tuesday nights at 7pm for some serious Darts games. If you're interested,  just turn up or chat to Guy 0447 652 361or Tim 0436 110 651 beforehand!

Join the Facebook page called "I saw it at the Emporium" to let people know what goodies are on offer at our beloved Emporium when you visit!

Spring is a good time to take up Tennis! The Springbrook Tennis Club meets on Sunday mornings at 9am at the courts behind the hall. Just turn up!

Looking for sustainable shopping here on the mountain? Then check out the sustainable fashion hut at Sophie's stall, opposite Carricks Road! All sorts of clothes and accessories as well as lots of second life goodies that make perfect gifts for family, friends or yourself. Do yourself a favour and check it out asap!

Looking for information on local disasters and emergencies? Go to the revamped Springbrook Disaster Management Committee Facebook and Instagram page and also follow them for updates on our fire status and anything that affects us in Springbrook.

Please don't place unwanted household items near the bins at the tip. Council workers have requested that these item go in the Emporium please!

Erratic driving? Road rageers? Dangerous driving? If you are experiencing any of this, pull over, let them past, and then head off and buy a dash cam. Staying safe is your first priority. Don't let them anger or intimdate you into doing something dumb!

Casual Darts practice on Wednesday nights at the Springbrook Cafe and Bar on Forestry Rd from 5pm. All welcome.

3rd Friday of the month, Anglican Church Service 9.30am at the Observatory. All welcome.

Don't forget Ambulance training is the 3rd Wednesday of the month, too!

Clean up the Emporium Day, first Thursday of the month, 11am. Bring some gloves, a broom and a dustpan and brush and let's give it a once monthly space up. You never know what you might unearth!

The Garden Club meet 2pm to 4pm on the first Saturday of the month. Next meeting October 5th. Details on the Springbrook Community Food Growers facebook page.

Weedbusters! Third Sunday of the month, TODAY 9am to 11am at The Settlement.  Wear gloves, a hat, coveted in shoes and your own cuppa. Kids encouraged!


Damos art classes are on Saturday afternoons at Lyrebird Ridge Road.  If you're interested  give him a call on 0456 529 161 or see him around the cafes!

Fire wood is available from the Echo Valley Farm Stall on Lyrebird Ridge Road along with jams, produces, sauces and kindling!
