The Springbrook Community Notices

It's Market Day in Springbrook today! Head down to the Fudge Shop and enjoy a BBQ breakfast and check out the stalls from 10am to 2pm today!

Kairos Kin are coming to town! Saturday Feb 11th at the Springbrook Community Hall 7pm start. It's a byo supper and drinks affair with dance music for the whole family! See other posts for more detail!

Watch out around the school zones and allow extra time if you pass one this week until we all find our 2023 school drop off groove again!

Heard the Police will be monitoring school zones as school goes back. Save yourself the fine and embarrassment by remembering its 40km in front of all school zones including ours!

Yoga with Helen starts back at the hall on Monday Feb 6th, 6pm to 8pm and on Tuesday's 9.30 to 10.30am. More info to come!

Gonna decorate your letter box yellow and green, red white and blue or red, black and yellow for Australia Day? Lots to celebrate and think about!

Only a month to go until the Springbrook Voices deadline is here! If you're a tradie or business on the mountain, this is THE place to advertise!

There's a SWAG talk coming up on Sunday Feb 19th 2pm at the hall. The topic is FROGS and the speaker is Dr Jean-Marc Hero, a leading international amphibian research scientist. Will be fascinating! Gold Coin donation!

Hall bookings for 2023 are now open. Contact the hall manager on springbrookhall@gmail.com to make your enquiry!

Just checked the Park Alerts and it looks like the Purling Brook Circuit will be closed until March 31st at this point...

Please continue to do your good work Emporium Angels. You are very much appreciated!

Have you decided which Emergency services to join in 2023 yet? Check out our post and get involved!

Have you got your SMCA fridge calender yet? They are being delivered by volunteers as you read this!

Send a supportive text to those having a rough time at the moment. They'd love to hear from you!

New to the mountain? Check out www.lovespringbrook.blogspot.com for lots of local information!

Slow down on the roads. Lots of Paddy's and snakes around at the moment!

Get involved in 2023!
