Let's try and keep the Emporium tidy. It would be a shame to lose it now. Communication about the furniture pod opening times seems to have come to a halt. Might be best to take large items down the hill for the time being...

Drop in and see Damo if you can today. He would love a visit!

Good to see the Emporium being so well patronised! Great to see people taking responsibility and keeping it sorted and tidied! Go Springbrook!

The car at Hardys lookout is a problem with tourists stopping to check it. Feel free to contact Council and ask for it to be removed. The more complaints they get about it, the sooner they will move it!

Too many accidents on our roads this year already. PLEASE slow down.

Australia Day is coming up. Let's see what you can do with your letterbox. What inflatable will Hazel come up with this time?!

Waitangi Day is on a Sunday this year. How about all the mountain Kiwis get together at the Settlement? Who want to organise a bit of a hui with our whanau and a few DB'S in the chillybin, a guitar, jandles on our feet and some kai for our puku's?

Remember to put up notices on our tip noticeboard. It's a wonderful place to advertise things on!

Pull in your Wheelie Bins. Leaving them out is a great indicator for the bad guys that you're not home!

P&C meeting scheduled for Feb 10th at 8.30am. Pop it in your diary!

Stay safe. Be kind.

A tree was reported down at the split last night. Unsure if it is still there. Take it easy and let us know either way when you go down.

The Car at Hardys lookout has spent a second night up here on the side of the road. We will try and get some Police aware stickers on it today and hopefully it will take less than 6 months to get moved.

Just skimming back through the photos and reports, looks like we've had five accidents on our roads so far this year... Thats one every two days. Don't meet our Emergency Crews by accident please...

Hoping to get hold of council and get the Furniture Pod opened this week so we can all release the pressure of our rainy day cleaning up activities. Seriously, apart from Netflix what else is there to do?

If you want to book the hall for any event, class, workshop or group, give Kara a call on 0413 979 271 and make your booking today.

Voices deadline in a month, or so. Just thought we'd flag it early!

Good website for new Springbrookians. Lots of useful information www.lovespringbrook.blogspot.com
